We provide various cleaning services for residential and commercial properties. The specific scope of work, pricing, and schedule for the Services will be agreed upon between you and the Company before the commencement of any Services.
You may book our Services through our Website, by phone, or via email. All bookings are subject to acceptance and confirmation by us. We reserve the right to refuse any booking without providing a reason.
Any modifications to the Services must be agreed upon in writing between you and the Company. Additional charges may apply for additional services requested by you during or after the provision of the agreed Services.
We strive to provide high-quality cleaning services in accordance with industry standards. However, due to the nature of cleaning services, results may vary based on factors such as the condition of the property, the type of surfaces being cleaned, and the age and nature of dirt or stains.
You are responsible for providing access to the premises where the Services are to be performed at the agreed time. If our cleaning team cannot gain access to your premises at the scheduled time, we reserve the right to charge a cancellation fee as outlined in Section 5.3.
You must ensure that the premises where the Services are to be performed provide a safe working environment for our cleaning staff. This includes, but is not limited to:
Unless otherwise specified, you are responsible for removing personal belongings, valuables, and fragile items from the areas to be cleaned before our arrival. We are not responsible for moving heavy furniture or appliances unless specifically agreed upon in advance.
You must inform us of any special conditions or requirements before the commencement of Services, including but not limited to:
Our Service fees are based on the type of Service, the size of the property, and the specific requirements of the cleaning job. Prices may be provided as fixed quotes or hourly rates, as agreed upon between you and the Company before the commencement of Services.
We accept payment by credit/debit card, bank transfer, or cash (for certain Services). Payment terms will be specified in your booking confirmation. For recurring Services, we may require setting up automatic payments.
Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made at least 48 hours before the scheduled Service. The following fees may apply:
Late payments may incur additional charges. We reserve the right to suspend Services until full payment has been received. For recurring Services, late payment may result in termination of the service agreement.
We are committed to your satisfaction. If you are not completely satisfied with our Services, please notify us within 24 hours of service completion, and we will return to address the areas of concern at no additional cost, subject to the conditions in Section 6.2.

We maintain comprehensive liability insurance and employee bonding to cover potential damages that may occur during the provision of our Services. However, our liability is limited as described in the following sections.
Our total liability for any claim arising out of or related to these Terms or our Services, whether in contract, tort, or otherwise, is limited to the total amount paid by you for the specific Service giving rise to the claim.

Any claim for damage allegedly caused by our Services must be reported in writing within 24 hours of the completion of the Service. The claim should include a detailed description of the damage and supporting photographs.
We respect your privacy and the confidentiality of your personal and business information. Our cleaning staff are trained to maintain the confidentiality of any information they may be exposed to while performing Services at your premises.
We collect and process personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection laws. By using our Services, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal information as described in our Privacy Policy.
These Terms remain in effect for as long as you use our Website or Services. For recurring Services, the term will be as specified in your service agreement.
You may terminate recurring Services by providing written notice as specified in your service agreement, typically 14 days in advance. Termination fees may apply as outlined in your specific service agreement.
We reserve the right to terminate our Services at any time if:
Upon termination, you remain liable for any outstanding payments for Services rendered prior to termination. Sections that by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including but not limited to provisions regarding payment, liability, and dispute resolution.

We shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing our obligations if such failure or delay is due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemic, government actions, or major utility failures.
You may not assign your rights or obligations under these Terms without our prior written consent. We may assign our rights and obligations under these Terms without your consent to a subsidiary or successor in interest.
Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights. The waiver of any such right or provision will be effective only if in writing and signed by an authorized representative of the Company.
